i lost my very best friend of 13 years (a male cat called punkin) by a fast tumor. i finally realized i missed the hugging and loving closeness of a furry friend. I found a very sweet fluffy female called autumn/gertrude. she gave me lots of kisses and rubs and loving, she is a NIGHT OWL which works cause my dog a pappillion is a day dog, ha,ha, i named my new furry friend SOPHIE and she is responding to her new name well, i bought a tall cat post so she would feel safe, she just sniffed and looked away the first day but the second she was up all over it and sleeping on the top.she is afraid of dogs and was hiding under the bed the first night till i came in to sleep which i found she peed on my $5,000 temperpedic bed, thank god for waterproof mattress pads, brought in the litter box from the front till she isnt afraid of the dog. everything seems to be working out well, she wonders around the house at night when i board the dog up in the bathroom she seems to feel safe then, and knows when i move the board to the bedroom door for daytime..i hope and have good feelings that she will be happy with me and our new home together...sweet sophie..........thanks for the e-mail regarding her when i posted on petfinders...

I'm so glad I decided to come into your clinic today!
Jamie your tech was so friendly and eager to help Storm and I out in the room, and I love how she took the time to educate us about was was going on with my pets nose. Happy to know it wasn't anything serious and nothing but just some dry skin!
Definitely a clinic to go to if your looking for that "long term" client feel.

You are lifesavers. We have 2 Boxers, Tyson and Roxie, and in desperate need of help. Roxie has gone into heat. You were able to get "Tyson" in in just 2 days to be neutered! I can't thank you enough for being so kind, and you have the best customer service ever! Thank-you all. Marti

I just wanted to let every one know that I am a new client there at Academy West and I had a really great experience with my cat Lilly, there was a technician there also named Lilly and she was wonderfull, the receptionist was very nice and the Dr was great! I would highly recomend them. I found my new Veterinarian.

Dr. Ratke, thanks for your support and help in rescuing the dog at Ironwood on Saturday. He seems to be doing fine, and is so so loving and gentle..eating good. Lets hope his parents come forward if not we will put him up for adoption. After reading about you ,,,you are our kind of Vet..thanks. May you and your family have a great Holiday!

Dr. Kimmel and Staff are the greatest. We love coming here and we especially like Freddie - he makes us feel safe.
